| 摘 要： | 目的：发现病房主要噪音来源，改善患者就医环境，开展优质护理服务。方法：开展以“降低病区噪音”为主题的品管圈活动，采用现状调查方法对160名住院患者进行了病房噪音主观评价的调查研究，分析原因，制定相应的对策并组织实施，比较开展品管圈主题活动前后病区的噪音改善情况。结果：各类主要噪音均有不同程度的降低；患者对病区环境满意度提高。结论：品管圈活动在降低病区噪音活动中效果显著，有效地提高了病区环境的舒适度、病人的满意度，也提高了护士护理管理的参与意识和工作的积极性。

| Abstract: | Objectives：To discover the major source of noise in ward, improve patient＆#39;s medical environment and to carry out quality care. Methods：Quality Control Circle centered on reducing noise in ward were carried out. Ward noise before and after this project were compared and 160 inpatient were selected to receive a survey to assessment ward noise. Results：The major types of noise in varying degrees are decline. Patient satisfaction rate in ward environment is increased. Conclusions：QCC in Ward has significantly reduced ward noise, effectively improved ward environment and patient satisfaction, improved nurse＆#39;s participation and enthusiasm in care management as well. |
