| 摘 要： | 初步从文化内涵建设、质量控制、实施方法和服务举措4个方面入手，通过营造人性化护理文化氛围、人性化护理管理手段、提供多元化服务、身心并护服务，对军队老年干部病房推行人性化护理模式的实施过程和方法进行了积极的尝试和探讨，并对下一步推行人性化护理模式，从学科建设、人才培养和服务特色上进行了深入思考。

| Abstract: | From the four aspects named as cultural connotation construction, quality control, implementation methods and service initiatives and by creating a culture of humanistic nursing atmosphere, humanistic nursing management tools, providing diversified services, carrying out body and mind services, the implementation process and methods of humanistic nursing mode in military elderly cadre ward is explored. The next stage on how to implement humanistic nursing mode from discipline construction, personnel training and service characteristics is also discussed. |
