| 摘 要： | 急诊分诊是急救工作的重要环节，合理的评分系统能够使分诊更加高效、科学。通过对国内外急诊中常用的危重病病情评分系统进行介绍，在此基础上提出在我国建立规范的急诊评分系统的建议，为我国医院在危重病病情评价系统在急诊分诊中的应用提供依据。

| Abstract: | Emergency triage is an important part of emergency care. And rational scoring system can make emergency triage more scientific and efficient. Based on the introduction of common critical illness scoring system at home and abroad, suggestions on establishing normalized emergency triage system are presented. It also gives evidence on applying critical illness scoring system in emergency triage system in hospital. |
