| 摘 要： | 结合新疆医科大学第一附属医院远程继续医学教育在新疆基层地区的开展实况，总结经验，认为开展远程继续医学教育是满足新疆基层卫生技术工作人员需求的有效措施之一。探讨在新疆基层地区开展远程继续医学教育的有效发展措施，并对今后的工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | Combined with the practice of distance continuing medical education developed by Affiliated the First Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in the base of Xinjiang region, it shows that distance continuing medical education is an effective way on matching health professional＇s demands. The effective way on carrying out distance continuing medical education in base of Xinjiang is discussed and suggestions are also made. |
