| 摘 要： | 采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术扩增解脲支原体４２９ｂｐＤＮＡ片段靶基因，检测２０９６例临床疑为非淋菌感染，阴道炎病人宫颈分泌物，检出阳性７８４例，阳性率为３７．４０％。

| Abstract: | The cervical secretions of 2096 cases suspected to the patients with nongonorrheal vaginitis were detected by polyrnerase chain reaction (PCR) which amplified the target gene segments (429 bp DNA ) of ureaplasma urealy ticum. As a result, 784 cases were positive and the positive rate was 37. 40%. |
