新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病颅脑B超的研究

本文通过对１０例正常新生儿及４９例缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）患儿，进行颅脑Ｂ超的对比性研究，通过研究发现：ＨＩＥ患儿的颅脑Ｂ超部分的脑实质内局灶性，一过性的回声增强，另一部分则表现为关质内弥漫性回声增强或减低，并且还认为：ＨＩＥ患儿的颅脑Ｂ超检查，宜在出生后一周内进行，这项研究对于ＨＩＥ的临床早期诊断及判断预后有重要意义。
