活血化瘀煎剂防治新生儿G6PD缺乏症的研究

本文报道中药活血化瘀煎剂在临床与实验室证实可阻止溶血的基础上，为探讨其艇机制，对Ｇ６ＰＤ缺乏与Ｇ６ＰＤ正常新生儿进行治疗前后Ｇ６ＰＤ／６ＰＧＤ幽会对比观察，结果活血化瘀煎剂服后均可使Ｇ６ＰＤ缺乏者Ｇ６ＰＤ／６ＰＤＤ比值增高，甚至达正常，而Ｇ６ＰＤ正常者服后幽会不变，提示活血化瘀煎剂作用机制可能基于强大之抗经作用及抗骨髓休克、活跃生血，促进Ｇ６ＰＤ之生成，甚至纠正其缺乏，而不仅是替代作用。为开发此方

Study on a traditional medicine drug named HuoXueHuaYu in prevention and treatment of G6PD deficiency in neonates

A traditional medicine drug named HuoXueHuaYu with the actions of invigorate the circulation of blood and dispersing extravasated blood,which is identified by clinic and laboratory to prevent hemolysis, is reported in this paper. In order to study its mechanism, the ratio of G6PD/6PGD in neonates with G6PD deficiency and normal G6PD is observed before and after treatment with the drug. The results shows the ratio of G6PD/6PGD in G6PD deficiencier rises, even to normal after administration of the drug, however the ratio remains unchanged in neonates with normal G6PD. This suggests the mechanism of the drug may be strong antioxygenation, anti-bone marrow shock, hemogenesis, promoting synthesis of G6PD, even correcting the deficiency. The study provides scientific evidence for widely using of this Chinese Medicine drug in treatment of patients with G6PD deficieney.
