柳州市婚前体检人群红细胞G6PD缺陷的基因频率调查

本调查采用改良G6PD荧光斑点试验作定性初筛，G6PD／6PGD比值法作定量确诊，对1995年5月至10月在本市定点婚检单位柳州市妇幼保健院进行婚前体检的育龄人员3076人进行红细胞G6PD缺陷调查，总检出率为7．74％，男性检出率为7．15％，女性检出率为8．32％，G6PD缺陷基困频率为0．0715。结果表明在本市婚检育龄人群中开展G6PD缺陷筛查对优生优育具重要意义。

The gene frequency of G6PD deficience from the screening of population of childbearing age in Liuzhou

3076 couples of childbearing age among cou ples being dong premarital examination were screened for erythrocyte G6PD deficiency by fluo rescence blot method for qualitative test and by the method of measuring ratio of G6PD/6PGD for quantitative test from 1995. 5 to 1995. 10 in mater nity and infant health hospital of Linzhou. The to tal incidence was 7. 74%, the male incidence was 7. 15%, and the female incidence was 8. 32%.The gene frequence of G6PD deficience was 0.0715. The result shows: it was worthy of carrying out the screening for the deficiency of G6PD.
