急诊护士心理健康状况与职称和文化程度的相关性分析

摘    要:目的]探讨急诊护士心理健康状况与职称、文化程度的关系。方法]运用症状自评量表(SCL -90 )对74名急诊护士进行调查,并于国内常模比较。结果] 74例急诊护士在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和人际关系敏感及SCL -90阳性项目数得分显著高于常模(P <0 .0 1) ;初级、中级护士抑郁、焦虑因子得分,高于高级职称护士(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而高级、中级护士强迫因子得分显著高于初级护士,差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1) ;中专护士人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等因子得分比大专及以上护士明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论]急诊护士心理健康状况较差,文化程度、职称对其心理健康状况有一定影响,应给予相应的心理支持及干预。

Abstract:Objective: to probe into the status quo of mental health of nurses in emergency department and its correlation with their job title and education level. Method: a total of 74 nurses worked in emergency department were investigated by filling out syndrome checklist scale (SCL-90) and were compared with common models in China. Result: the scores of 74 nurses in emergency department were higher than that of common models in terms of somatization, constraint, depression, anxiety, crankiness, sensitivity to interpersonal relation and the positive indexes of SCL-90 (P<0.01). The scores of depression and anxiety factors in primary and middle level professional title nurses were higher than that of high professional title nurses (P<0.01). But the scores of constraint factors in high and middle level professional title nurses were higher remarkably than that in primary professional title nurses. There were statistic differences among the scores between them. The scores of sensitivity to interpersonal relationship, of depression and of anxiety factors in nurses graduated from training school were higher obviously than that in nurses with college level or above of education background. There were statistic differences between them (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: one should provide nurses of emergency department psychological supports and intervention for their poor mental health status, which was influenced to a certain degree by their education level and professional title.
