| Abstract: | Combination of medical informed consent of ＂Tort Liability Act＂ on the specific medical practice, the paper made clear the problems that safebreaker driver cannot sign the informed consent for the injured person, ＂ three - unknown＂ patients should be signed informed consent by themselves, and patients signed authorization a power of attorney, etc. , which provided the correct legal basis to implement the informed consent for medical institutions. |
