外伤性颅脑损伤昏迷患者术后BIS监测及其意义

【目的】研究脑电双频指数（BIS）监测在颅脑损伤术后昏迷病人预后评估中的应用，分析BIS值与昏迷病人预后的相关性。【方法】随机选择42例颅脑损伤昏迷患者，分别于手术前进行GCS评分，手术后进行GOS评分并于麻醉手术前、手术中和手术后不同时段监测并记录BIN值，将术前GCS评分、术后GOS评分与BIS值进行相关性分析。【结果】手术前与手术后相比，BIS有明显差异（P〈0．05）。手术前GCS评分与手术前BIS有正相关关系（r=0．783）。手术后GOS评分与术后BIS有正相关关系（r=0．797）。【结论】BIS值与昏迷病人预后有正相关关系。

Clinical Observation of BIS Used for Coma Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury after Operation

Objective]To study the application of bispectral index（BIS） monitoring in the evaluation of prognosis of coma patients with brain injury after operation, and to analyze the correlation between BIS and the prognosis. MethodslForty two patients of coma patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly selected. GOS score after operation was evaluated and BIS before anesthesia and at different times before and after oper- ation was monitored and recorded. The correlation between GOS score before and after operation and BIS was analyzed. Results]There was significant difference in BIS between preoperation and postoperation （ P〈0.05）. The correlation coefficient （r） between GCS score and BIS value before surgery was 0. 783, and its correlation was positive. The correlation coefficient（r） between GCS score and BIS value after surgery was 0. 797, and its correlation was also positive. Conclusion] There is a positive correlation between BIS value and the prognosis of coma patients.
