| 摘 要： | 目的评价针灸联合走罐治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床疗效的优越性。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组60例,治疗组采用针灸、推罐疗法对腰背肌筋膜炎患者进行治疗,对照组采用针灸与红外线理疗进行治疗,两组均隔日1次,7d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后判断疗效。结果治疗组痊愈38例(占63.33%),显效12例(占20%),好转10例(占16.67%),无效0例,总有效率达到100.0%;与对照组总有效率81.67%相比有明显差异。对照组痊愈27例(占45%),显效9例(占15%),好转13例(占21.67%),无效11例。结论针灸+走罐治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效明显优越于针灸与红外线理疗的治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广和研究。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluation the clinical superiority of 120 cases of low back muscle fasciitis treating with acupuncture and cupping.
