| 摘 要： | 目的:观察玻璃酸钠(施沛特)在骨科领域应用的临床效果及安全性。方法:对本院263例(279个关节)应用玻璃酸钠的病人进行随访,根据患者的病症分类统计,以临床疗效及患者的自觉症状作为评价指标。结果与结论:施沛特治疗退行性关节炎、创伤性关节炎、类风湿关节炎、肩关节周围炎和滑膜炎具有良好效果,特别对轻、中度患者疗效更好。

| Abstract: | Object: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of SOFAST(Sodium hyaluronate Product) on the orthopaedics.Methods: Follow up 263 cases of OA who were treated with sodium hyaluronate in our hospital,base on the statistic of symptom,clinical curative effect and patients' self acknowledge symptom to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of SOFAST.Results and Conclusion: SOFAST has good curative effect for the arthritis,especially for the light and medium patients. |
