360例患者牙齿缺失及修复情况调查

目的 了解济南市成年人牙齿缺失及修复情况。方法 2013年8~10月根据第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方法1],对到山东省千佛山医院口腔科门诊就诊的360例病人进行口腔问卷调查和口腔健康检查。结果 在360例被调查者中牙列完整108例（30.00%）,牙列缺损237例（65.83%）,牙列缺失15例（4.17%）。失牙总数1 638颗,失牙均数4.55颗。上下颌缺牙分别为867颗和771颗,义齿修复率为54.76%。结论 济南市成年人缺牙率较高而义齿修复率较低,应积极开展口腔卫生保健和修复必要性的宣传,降低失牙率,提高义齿修复率。

Survey on the Status of Missing Teeth and Repair Among 360 Cases of Patients

Objective To understand the status of tooth loss and restoration among adults in Jinan city,so as to provide theory basis for development of oral health care. Methods During August-Oetober,2013,aecording to the standard of The Third National Investigation Program on the Epidemiology of Oral Health,oral questionnaires and oral health examinations were conducted among 360 cases of patients who sought consultation in Qianfoshan hospital. Results The rate of completion of dentition, dentition defect, and edentulous was 30 % （ 108）, 65.83 % （ 237）, and 4.17 % （ 15 ）. The total tooth loss was 1 638, and 4.55 in average. The tooth loss of maxillary and mandible was 867 and 771, and the rate of using denture restoration was 54.76%. Conclusion The rate of dentition defect is high,and the rate of using denture restora- tion is low. Therefore, publicity should be developed on the promotion of oral health care and the necessity of restoration to reduce the rate of tooth loss,and increase the rate of denture restoration.
