2012~2013年德州市医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

摘    要:目的为了解德州市医疗机构消毒质量状况,有效预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法采用现场采样和微生物检测方法,对德州市41家医疗机构室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒剂、消毒后内镜、压力蒸汽灭菌器、医院污水和紫外线灯进行监测。结果 2012~2013年共检测1 737份,合格1 572份,平均总合格率为90.50%,有3份医务人员手中检出金黄色葡萄球菌。不同类型医疗机构中,市级医疗机构合格率为92.54%,县区级医疗机构为90.92%,企业及私人医疗机构为72.84%(P〈0.01);不同检测样品中,压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒剂、物体表面、空气、医务人员手、消毒后内镜、紫外线灯和医院污水合格率分别为100.00%、98.48%、98.33%、94.96%、88.07%、87.50%、78.43%和78.05%。结论德州市医疗机构消毒质量整体情况尚可,但医院污水和紫外线灯合格率较低。

Abstract:Objective To understand the disinfection conditions of medical institutions in Dezhou city,so as to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections. Methods Spot sampling and microbiological detection were applied to monitor indoor air,surfaces,hands of medical staff,using disinfectants,disinfected endoscopes,pressure steam sterilizers,hospital sewage and ultraviolet light of 41 medical institutions. Results Among all the 1 737 samples,1 572 were qualified.The total average eligible rate was 90.50%.In 3samples,staphylococcus aureus were detected from medical staff's hands.Among different types of medical institutions,the eligible rate of the municipal medical institutions was 92.54%,the county-level medical institutions were 90.92%,the corporate and private medical institutions were 72.84%(P〈0.01).Among different monitoring projects,the eligible rates of pressure steam sterilizers,using disinfectants,surfaces,air,hands of medical staff,disinfected endoscopy,ultraviolet light,and hospital sewage were 100.00%,98.48%,98.33%,94.96%,88.07%,87.50%,78.43%and 78.05%. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Dezhou is acceptable,but the eligible rates of hospital sewage and ultraviolet light are low.
