摘    要:目的了解福建省致泻性大肠杆菌在腹泻病人中的流行病学特征,为其他感染性腹泻病的防控提供依据。方法设立延平区和永安市作为监测点,搜集2010-2012年哨点医院腹泻病门诊标本977份,采用常规方法和分子生物学相结合的方法分离鉴定致泻性大肠杆菌菌株,用SPSS17.0对结果进行统计分析。结果2010~2012年合计检测哨点医院腹泻病门诊标本977份,检出致泻性大肠杆菌65株,检出率为6.65%。EPEC检出构成比最高,达到50.77%,aEPEC占绝大多数;ETEC和EAEC次之;男女检出率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);DEC检出率最高的月份为8月,其次是9、11月;将腹泻患者按照年龄分为4组,DEC检出率分别为7.06%、2.0%、2.22%和8.24%,各组检出率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论福建省监测点腹泻患者中DEC作为病原菌占到一定比例,并以EPEC为主,夏秋季是DEC高发季节,0~5岁婴幼儿组及成人组是DEC的高发人群。

Abstract:Objective To understand the epidemiological characters of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli in Fujian province, so as toandso as to provide evidence basis for the prevention and treatment control of diarrhea diseases. Methods Yan-ping district, Nanpingg city and Yongan city were selected as surveillance sites, where 977 samples were collected from the hospitals. Strains were isolated and identified by routine and molecular biologicaly methods. The results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results A total of 65 strains of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli were isolated with a total detection of 6.65%. EPEC had the highest constituent ratio of DEC,of which aEPEC was dominant. There was no significant difference between the detection rates of male and female( P 〉0.05). The detection rates were the highest in August,September and November. The patients were divided into four groups by age, of which the detection rates were 7.06 %, 2.0 %, 2. 223.33 % and 8.24 %, and there were significant differences between them( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion DEC plays an important role in the diarrhea diseases of the surveillance population in Fujian province. The detection rates are higher in summer and autumn. They are also higher in the groups of those aged 0-5 and the adults.
