2013年株洲市健康人群麻疹免疫水平分析

目的了解株洲市人群麻疹抗体总体水平,确定重点防控地区及人群,为麻疹预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法,对全市0～63岁健康人群共377人进行麻疹IgG抗体检测。结果我市健康人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、保护率分别为89.66%、67.64%,几何平均滴度（GMT）为1∶1 262.81;1～、5～、3岁～年龄组麻疹IgG抗体阳性率、保护率较高,15～25岁年龄组最低,不同年龄组人群、不同免疫史人群麻疹抗体保护率差异有统计学意义,城市人群麻疹抗体保护率高于农村人群,男性与女性麻疹抗体水平阳性率及抗体保护率之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论目前15～25岁年龄组及农村地区为我市麻疹预防控制重点人群及地区,有必要对初、高中及大、中专院校新生开展麻疹类疫苗加强接种,可考虑对育龄期人群开展麻疹类疫苗预防性接种,以提高人群麻疹免疫水平。

Analysis on Measles Antibody Level Among Healthy Population,Zhuzhou City,2013

Objective To understand the measles antibody level among populations in Zhuzhou city,determine the key areas and populations,so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control measures of measles. Methods A total of 377 healthy people in Zhuzhou city aged 0-63 years old were selected to be detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The measles antibody positive rate,the protective rate and the Geometric Mean Titer（GMT）of healthy people were 89.66%,67.64%and 1∶1 262.81.The measles antibody positive rate and protective rate of 1-age group,3-age group and 5-age group was higher,and the 15-25 age group was the lowest.There were statistical differences in the measles antibody protective rate from the groups of different age and people of different immunization history,and people living in the city was higher than those living in the countryside.There were no statistical differences of the positive rate and the protective rate in male and female（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The 15-25 age group and people living in the countryside are the key populations for measles control and prevention.It is necessary to strengthen the vaccination among the junior middle school and college freshmen,and carry out measles vaccine inoculation among women of childbearing age,so as to improve the immune level of measles.
