2009~2012年汶上县农村居民食管癌发病的流行病学分析

目的 了解2009~2012年汶上县不同乡镇食管癌发病的流行病学特征,为制定针对性防制食管癌措施提供依据。方法 根据汶上县疾病预防控制中心农村居民食管癌的发病监测资料,运用Excel和SPSS 16.0进行整理、分析。结果汶上县农村居民食管癌的发病率由2009年的60.34/10万上升至2012年的66.83/10万;军屯乡、杨店乡、郭仓镇位于食管癌发病率前三位;发病年龄分布不均匀,55岁~发病例数增加较明显,占全部发病例数的87.69%,不同年龄发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2009~2012年汶上县食管癌发病例数为1 925例,男性1 272例,女性653例,男女发病性别比为1.95∶1,食管癌发病率男性为79.38/10万,女性为43.31/10万（P〈0.01）。结论 汶上县农村居民食管癌的发病率较高,男性高于女性,应制定有效的食管癌防治措施与策略。

Epidemiological Analysis on Esophagus Cancer Among Rural Residents,Wenshang County, 2009-2012

Objective To understand the epidemiologieal characteristics of esophageal cancer in different townships of Wenshang county,2009 -2012, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures of esophageal cancer. Methods Excel and SPSS 16.0 were used to analyze the incidence of esophageal cancer,and the data were collected from Wenshang Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results The incidence of esophageal cancer in rural area of Wen- shang was 60.34/10^5 in 2009 ,but 66.83/10^5 in 2012. The three towns with highest incidence rate were Juntun,Yangdian, and Guocang respectively. The cases distribution were not uniform in age, and the number of cases above 55 years increased obviously,about 87.69 % of total cases. The different incidence rate was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 001）. The number of incidence of esophageal cancer were 1 925 from 2009 to 2012,including 1 272 males and 653 females,The sex ratio was 1.95 ： 1. The male incidence rate of esophageal cancer was 79.38/10^5 ,and female incidence was 43.31/10^5 （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion There is a high incidence of esophageal cancer in Wenshang county,causing serious health hazards to county residents. The effective strategy should be developed for esophageal cancer.
