摘    要:目的分析安阳市布鲁氏菌病病例流行特征,为布鲁氏菌病防控提供科学依据。方法利用SPSS 16.0统计软件和Excel对2004~2012年安阳市678例布鲁氏菌病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2004~2012年安阳市报告布病678例,发病率波动为0.21/10万~3.53/10万,年均发病率1.41/10万。年龄集中在40~60岁,男性多于女性(P〈0.01);职业以农民为主,占总发病数的88.64%;一年四季均有病例,3~6月高发,5月最多,占全年16.52%。感染方式多样,主要为直接接触感染,占72.73%。发病后3个月内就诊的占83.48%,大部分病人急性期内得到了诊治。结论 2004~2012年安阳市的布鲁氏菌病疫情总体上呈上升趋势。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis cases in Anyang city,so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods SPSS 16.0statistical software and Excel were used on epidemic data of 678 cases of brucellosis for statistical analysis. Results The incidence rate of brucellosis in Anyang city fluctuated at 0.21/105-3.53/105,with an average annual incidence rate of 1.41/105.Concentrated at the age of40-60 years old,more men than women,there was a significant difference between male and female incidence(P〈0.01);The total incidence of 88.64% were farmers;With cases throughout the year,peaks in March-June,May was the most,accounting for 16.52% of all the year;Infections were diversified,mainly infected due to direct contact,accounting for72.73%,seeking for treatment within three months after the onset accounted for 83.48%,most of the patients in the acute period got treatment. Conclusion The overall epidemic tendency of brucellosis is rising in Anyang city during 2004-2012.
