2013年西藏日喀则地区南木林县和康马县生活饮用水微生物检测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解西藏日喀则地区南木林县和康马县生活饮用水微生物污染状况。方法于2013年分别在南木林县和康马县枯水期和丰水期采集生活饮用水,对水样做菌落总数和大肠菌群检测。结果两县枯水期水样合格率均为100.00%;丰水期,菌落总数合格率分别为60.61%和73.53%,大肠菌群合格率分别为57.58%和73.53%。南木林县集中式供水水样合格率较低,菌落总数和大肠菌群合格率分别为18.75%和12.50%;康马县自建水和分散式供水的菌落总数和大肠菌群均不合格(P〉0.05)。结论两县丰水期水样合格率较低,农村地区生活饮用水微生物污染严重。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of microorganism pollution of drinking water in Namling county and Kangmar county,Shigatse,Tibet. Methods Water samples were collected in low water season and high water season from Namling county and Kangmar county in 2013,to detect aerobic bacterial count and coliform. Results All the water samples in low water season from the two counties were up to standard,while in high water season the pass rates of aerobic bacterial count were 60.61%and 73.53%and the pass rates of coliform were 57.58%and 73.53%.In Namling County,the water samples from central water supply had low pass rates,which were 18.75%and 12.50%respectively for aerobic bacterial count and coliform.In Kangmar county,the water samples from private facility water supply and non-central water supply had low pass rates,which were all 0.00%(P〉0.05). Conclusion The water samples in high water season from the two counties have low qualification rates,and the drinking water in rural areas has a serious pollution by microorganism.
