摘    要:目的:了解我国西部农村新型合作医疗居民卫生服务需要及利用状况,为进一步发展和完善新型农村合作医疗提供依据。方法: 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本进行入户调查,对问卷资料进行双录入后,用Stata10.0软件进行数据清洗和分析。结果:样本地区居民卫生服务需要和利用状况较第四次卫生服务调查结果有所提升,但仍存在一些问题。结论:加强政府投入和提高筹资水平;调整和完善补偿比例,分流病人;提高基层卫生机构的服务水平和质量是新型农村合作医疗发展的必由之路。

Abstract:Objective: To explore resident's health service demand and utilization under the new rural cooperative medical system in western rural China.Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to extract samples.After double-entry the questionnaire data,use the Stata10.0 software to clean and analysis data.Results: Compared with the fourth health service research,the health service demand and utilization of sample area residents has been improved.However,there are still some problems.Conclusion:Ways to further develop the new rural cooperative medical system are to strengthen and improve the funding level of government investment,adjust and improve the compensation rate,triage patients,improve the basic health facilities level of service and quality.
