十二指肠胃反流症状与胃内胆红素含量的相关性探讨

目的 探讨十二指肠胃反流（DGR）的症状与胃内胆红素含量的相关性。方法 采用胃内胆红素检测仪Bilitee2000，监测18例伴有烧心，上腹痛，恶心，呕吐4项症状中的一项或一项以上的功能性消化不良患者胃内24h胆红素，观察患者症状与胃内胆红素之间的关系。结果 DGR症状出现的时间与Bilitee2000监测到的胃内胆红素高峰时间十分吻合，且症状的程度与反流的程度具有良好的相关性。结论 用Bilitee 2000诊断DGR，检测时间可不必长达24h，为获得DGR的客观证据，可在患者自述症状较重时检测数小时。此检测时间的改进有利于在临床试验中提高患者依从性。

The Relationship of Duodenogastric Reflux Symptoms with the Quantity of Intragastric Bilirubin

Objective To investigate the relationship of the symptoms of duodenogastric reflux (DGR) with the quantity of intragastric bilirubin. Methods An apparatus (Bilitec 2000) was used for the monitoring of 24 hour intragastric bile in 18 menopause patients with functional dyspepsia (MPFD) accompanied with the symptoms, such as heartburn, epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting. Results In most of the time, the symptoms of DGR appeared when intragastric bilirubin could be detected by Bilitec 2000. Furthermore, the severity of symptoms showed good correlation with the amount of bile refluxed into stomach. Conclusions It may be not necessary to monitor 24 hour intragastric bilirubin by using Bilitec 2000 for only diagnosis of DGR. To obtain objective evidences for DGR, the monitoring duration may be decided on the basis of obvious symptoms. This modification would be helpful to enhancing the compliance of patients in clinical trial.
