首次与再次留置导尿管患者护理需求比较

目的比较首次与再次留置尿管患者的护理需求差异，以期为不同类别患者提供有针对性的护理。方法60例留置导尿管患者按不同置管经历分为首次置管组和再次置管组，比较两组患者在生理、安全、爱与归属感、自尊及自我实现方面的需求差异。结果在生理方面，两组患者饮食指导、了解会阴部不适和膀胱刺激征需求不同；在安全方面，了解置管目的、过程、技术需求不同；在爱与归属方面，护士态度、护士巡视需求不同，差异均有统计学意义；在自尊与自我实现方面，各项差异无统计学意义。结论首次置管患者更注重置管安全和置管相关不适等信息需求，再次置管患者则注重爱与归属需求。护理工作中应了解和重视不同类别患者的需求特点，针对性地进行护理及指导，以提高护理工作质量。

A Comparison of Nursing Needs between Patients of First-time Urethral Catheter Indwelling and those of Re-indwelling

Objective To compare nursing needs between patients of first-time urethral catheter indwelling and those of re-indwelling, so as to be able to provide directed nursing for patients of different types. Methods 60 patients were divided into the group of first-time catheter indwelling and those of re-indwelling, and then a comparison was made of the needs in physiology, safety, love and sense of belonging, self-esteem and self-fulfillment between the two groups. Results Physiologywise, differences existed in the needs in dieting guidance, learning about indispostion of perineal area and irritation symptoms of bladder, In terms of safety, there existed differences in the need of learning about the objective, process and technique of catheter indwelling. And in the aspect of love and sense of belonging, the two groups showed a difference in the need for nurse＇s work atttidue and inspection touring. The above differences all bad statistical significance, while those in the seE-esteem and self-fulfillment, did not. Conclusion Patients of firsttime catheter indwelling attach greater importance to information about the safety of and the various indispositions incurred in the indwelling, while those of re-indwelling, to love and sense of belonging. The different nursing needs and features of different types of patients sbould be taken into full consideration so that directed nursing service can be provided.
