| 摘 要： | 目的评估某院癌症患者麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,为临床合理规范使用麻醉性镇痛药提供参考。方法对该院2010～2012年麻醉性镇痛药的用量、DDDs、用药金额及其排序等进行统计、分析。结果金额排序/DDDs比值多数接近于1。结论麻醉性镇痛药临床用药基本合理,金额排序/DDDs比值越大,药物不合理应用的因素越多。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the use of narcotic analgesics in a certein hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of narcotic analgesics. Methods The narcotic analgesic dosage, DDDs, the amount of medication and its ranking in the hospital during 2010-2012 were subjected to statistical analysis. Results The amount ranking/DDDs ratios were in most cases close to 1, and the ratios greater than 1 accounted for 55.3%. Conclusion The clinical usage of analgesic drugs was basically rational. The higher ratio of amount ranking/DDDs, the more factors of irrational drug use. |
