自拟五草汤对荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤作用实验研究

【目的】观察自拟五草汤对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。【方法】将72只荷S180腹水型瘤小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、环磷酰胺组、西黄丸组、西黄丸加环磷酰胺组、自拟五草汤组、自拟五草汤加环磷酰胺组,共6组。观察自拟五草汤对荷瘤小鼠体重的影响,计算瘤重抑制率,测定血清一氧化氮含量,对免疫器官（胸腺、脾脏）的重量与指数进行疗效评价。【结果】自拟五草汤组小鼠体重增加,瘤重最轻,与其它用药组比较有显著性差异;自拟五草汤组的胸腺重与胸腺指数比其它五组高,且与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅵ组有显著性差异。【结论】自拟五草汤可明显提高荷瘤小鼠的生存质量,抑制肿瘤生长,保护免疫器官。

Experimental study on the anti-tumor effect of Zi Ni Wu Cao Tang for S180 cell bearing mice

Objective] To observe the anti-tumor effect of Zi Ni Wu Cao Tang.Methods]S180 cells were subcutaneously injected to the right armpit of the mice to establish the S180 bearing model,and seventy two mice were randomly divided into six groups.The influence of Zi Ni Wu Cao Tang on the body weight,the malignant tumor control ratio,the content of serum nitric oxide,the weight and index of thymus gland and spleen.Results]The avoirdupois,the malignant tumor control ratio and the avoirdupois and index of thymus gland of Zi Ni Wu Cao Tang were significantly increased.Conclusions]Zi Ni Wu Cao Tang is capable of improving life quality,controlling the grow of tumor and improving immune function of the S180 bearing model.
