| 摘 要： | 目的 观察儿童体外循环心脏手术前后甲状腺激素的变化，了解体外循环心脏手术对儿童甲状腺功能的影响并探讨其临床意义。方法 用放射免疫方法测定２５例外循环心脏手术儿童术前、术中、术后甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素的含量。结果 体外循环期间血浆三碘甲状腺原氨酸（ｔｅｔｒｏｄｏｔｈｙｒｏｎｉｎｅ，Ｔ３）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（ｆｒｉｉ ｔｒｉｉｏｄｏｔｈｙｒｏｎｉｎｅ，ＦＴ３）、四碘甲状腺原氨酸（ｔｅｔｒａｉｏｄ

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the changes thyroid hormones during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) heart operations, and the operational effects on thyroid function as well as the clinical significance in children. MethodsThyroid hormones and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Blood samples were obtained from 25 children before, during and after CPB heart operations. ResultsSerum triiodothyronine(T 3) ,free triiodothyronine(FT 3) and tetraiodothyronine(T 4), free tetraiodothyronine (FT 4) levels declined during CPB.T 3 and FT 3 levels declined continuously after operation,serum T 4 and FT 4 levels recoveried after operation.Reverse triiodothyronine(rT 3) levels significantly increased and TSH levels declined after operation.ConclusionCPB in children may produce low T 3 syndrome during and after operation,and low T 3 syndrome may produce side effects on postoperative heart function. |
