摘    要:目的:探讨Ang2及其受体Tie2与血管瘤发生、发展的关系.方法:采用原位RT-PCR方法,对临床收集的62例手术切除的先天性皮肤血管标本(其中增生期血管瘤26例,消退期血管瘤24例,静脉型血管畸形12例)进行Ang2 mRNA,Tie2 mRNA表达水平的检测.结果:增生期、消退期血管瘤及静脉型血管畸形均有Ang2 mRNA,Tie2 mRNA的阳性信号,但是三者阳性信号强弱有显著性差异(P﹤0.01),即静脉型血管畸形Ang2 mRNA,Tie2 mRNA的表达较不同生长时期血管瘤低,增生期血管瘤二者的表达高于消退期.结论:Ang2及其受体Tie2可能与血管瘤及静脉型血管畸形的发生、发展有关.

In situ RT-PCR detection of Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA expression in hemangioma
Abstract:AIM: To investigate the relationship between Ang 2/Tie2 and the growth of hemangioma and venous vascular malformation. METHODS: Sixty two cases of specimens collected in operation were studied by in situ RT PCR, of which 50 cases were hemangioma: 26 cases proliferating hemangioma and 24 cases involuting hemangioma, and 12 cases were venous vascular malformation. The expression of Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA in hemangiomas and venous vascular malformation were detected by in situ RT PCR. RESULTS: The results showed that Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA were expressed in proliferating hemangioma, involuting hemangioma and venous vascular malformation, but the expression of Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA in venous vascular malformation was lower than that in proliferating and involuting hemangioma. The expression of Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA in proliferating hemangioma was higher than that of involuting hemangioma ( P < 0.01) . CONCLUSION: It can be concluded from the results that there is an close relationship between Ang2 /Tie2 system and hemangiomas and venous vascular malformation.
