| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组蛋白甲基转移酶基因G9a在肝外胆管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法用RT-PCR的方法检测48例肝外胆管癌组织及39例癌旁对照组织中C9a mRNA的表达，并分析其阳性表达率与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果G9a在肝外胆管癌组织中的转录表达率为56．25％（27／48），明显高于对照组织并与肝外胆管癌的淋巴转移及TNM分期（P〈0．05）相关。结论组蛋白甲基转移酶基因G9a在胆管癌组织中表达上调，提示由G9a引起的组蛋白甲基化紊乱在肝外胆管癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
