| 摘 要： | 病人，女，62岁，因上腹部疼痛，伴畏寒发热10余天，于2006年3月12日入院。病程中体温最高39．6℃，在外院经抗炎、补液等治疗效果差。病人在41年前曾行“胆囊切除术”。体检：T39．5℃，P96次／min，R20次／min．BP110／72mmHg。贫血貌，巩膜无明显黄染，右上腹部有一纵形手术瘢痕，中上腹有压痛，无反跳痛，未扪及肿大的胆囊，
