腹部手术患者吸氧方法的选择

目的:探讨腹部手术患者最佳的吸氧方法。方法:选择全麻腹部术后胃肠减压患者60例,分为3组,分别采取与胃管同侧鼻孔鼻导管吸氧法、胃管对侧鼻孔鼻导管吸氧法、面罩吸氧法给患者供氧,观察比较吸氧前及吸氧20h后血气分析结果及患者的舒适度。结果:三种吸氧方法均有效,但胃管对侧鼻孔鼻导管吸氧法患者舒适感优于其它两种方法。结论:全麻腹部术后胃肠减压患者更易接收胃管对侧鼻孔导管吸氧法。

Choice of different oxygen inhalation for patients with abdominal operation

Objective: To explore the best way of oxygen inhalation for patients with abdominal operation. Methods: 60 patients with gastrointestinal decompression were selected and divide into three groups according to different inhalation ways through nostril, such as inhalation in the same side, in the opposite side and mask inhalation. The results of blood gas analysis and patient's comfort were compared before inhalation and after 20-hour inhalation. Results: No significant difference was found among the three inhalation ways. But patients with the opposite side inhalation felt more comfort than with the other two ways. Conclusion: Patients with gastrointestinal decompression like using the opposite side inhalation more after abdominal operation in general anesthesia.
