| 摘 要： | 医疗监管的目的是保障医保基金安全合理的支出。而医疗保险基金的安全需要健全的监管模式和监督机制。随着市场经济的发展，现有的监督机制已经不能完全适应经济发展的需要，有必要建立一套完善的、适当的、可行的监督机制，既能保证医疗保险市场的正常发展，又能防止过度监管使医疗市场失去活力。

| Abstract: | The intention of supervision and management of medical insurance is to ensure the safety of the medical insurance fund, but the safety of the medical insurance fund needs the perfect administrative system and supervision mechanism. With the development of the economics, supervision mechanism of medical insurance should be more perfectly and reasonable and practical so that the market of the medical insurance can keep lively. |
