| 摘 要： | 目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定正糖胶囊中大黄素的含量，以控制该制剂的质量。方法采用大连依利特（C18250mm×4．6mm，5μm）柱分离虎杖、何首乌中大黄素，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15）为流动相；流速为：1ml／min，检测波长为254nm。结果线性范围为0．054—0．27μg。2，3，5，4／-四羟基二苯乙烯·2—O-β—D-葡萄糖苷的平均回收率为99．45％，RSD=1．20％。结论试验方法简便易行，测定结果准确、可靠，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of emodin in Duqiang Tongluo Vinum by HPLC. Methods A method was established by HPLC on C18 column,with methanol-0. 1 Phosphoric Acid（85： 15）as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The line range of emodin was 0. 054-0. 27μg. The average recovery rate was 99.45%, and the RSD was 1.20%. Conclusion The method was simple and rapid, the results are accurate and reproducible. |
