| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经鼻内镜行鼻内翻性乳头状瘤切除术的治疗效果。方法：为35例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者施行鼻内镜手术，术后随访12-70个月。结果：35例患者均在鼻内镜下完整地切除肿瘤，随访期内31例治愈，4例复发。结论：鼻内镜手术为鼻内翻性乳头状瘤治疗提供了较好的方法，其优点是面部不留瘢痕，创伤小，手术视野清晰，能够准确完整地切除肿瘤，术后复发率低，值得推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of endoscopic surgery for nasal inverted papilloma.Methods: 35 patients with endoscopic surgery for nasal inverted papilloma. Postoperative follow-up ranged 12 months to 70 months. Results: All were completely removed the inverted papilloma.3l patients were cured and 4 patients recurred.Conclusion: Endoscopic surgery may be an ideal way to remove nasal inverted papilloma, visual operative field fully,the low rate of postoperative recurrence,worth to promotion and application of. |
