骨桥蛋白mRNA在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)mRNA在卵巢癌中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法利用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测35例卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中OPNmRNA的表达,并结合卵巢癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果OPNmRNA在卵巢癌组织中表达明显升高,其表达与卵巢癌临床分期及是否存在淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01),临床分期较晚、有淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中表达水平显著升高。OPNmRNA与CA125在卵巢癌中的表达没有相关性(P>0.05)。结论OPN可能在卵巢癌的发生发展以及转移中起着重要作用,OPN和CA125的联合检测可提高卵巢癌的阳性诊断率。

Expression of osteopontin mRNA in ovarian carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance

Objective To study the expression of osteopontin (OPN)mRNA in ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of OPNmRNA in 35 specimens of ovarian carcinomas and normal ovarian tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, and the obtained results were compared with the clinical pathological characteristics. Results The expression level of OPNmRNA in ovarian carcinomas was more higher than that in normal ovarian tissues(P<0.01). The expression level was remarkably up-regulated in the ovarian carcinomas that was in terminal clinical stage or with lymph nodes metastasis. There was no correlation between OPN and CA125 values(P>0.05). Conclusion OPN might play an important role in ovarian carcinogenesis and metastasis. The simultaneous determination of OPN and CA125 may significantly increase the sensitivity for diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma.
