痰热清注射液治疗脓毒症抗炎作用临床观察

目的：观察痰热清注射液对脓毒症（SEPSIS）患者的抗炎作用。方法：将脓毒症患者80例随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例，两组均给予西药常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗，观察两组治疗前后外周血降钙素原（PCT）、CRP和WBC水平变化及并发症的发生情况。结果：治疗组治疗后外周血PCT、CRP和WBC水平明显下降，对照组则变化不大；治疗组并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论：痰热清注射液对脓毒症患者炎症因子具有拮抗作用，可阻断全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）的病理反应过程，改善脓毒症患者的预后。

Clinical Observation of Anti-inflammation Effect of Tanreqing Injection in Treating Sepsis

Objective:To explore the anti-inflammation effect of Tanreqing injection in treating sepsis.Methods:80 cases with sepsis were divided randomly into the treatment group and the contrast group.Both groups were treated by normal western medicine and the treatment group by Tanreqing additional injection.The levels of PCT,CRP,WBC and the syndrome were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The levels of PCT,CRP and WBC in the treatment group were decreased obviously after treatment while no difference was found in the contrast group.The occurrence ratio of syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the contrast group.Conclusion:Tanreqing injection can resist the inflammation gene of sepsis,interdict the pathology response process of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) and improve the prognosis of sepsis.
