摘    要:目的优选人参的最佳水煎煮提取工艺。方法以人参皂苷对照品Rg1、人参皂苷对照品Rb1及人参皂苷Re提取率为考察指标,采用L^9(3^4)正交试验,考察加水量,提取次数,提取时间对人参皂苷提取率的影响。结果人参最佳水煎煮工艺为A2B2C2,即人参药材加8倍量的水煎煮2次,1h/次。结论三批验证试验结果表明该工艺稳定可行。

Optimization of water-extraction technology for Panax ginseng by orthogonal design

Abstract:Objective To optimize the water-extraction process and condition of Panax ginseng. Methods The amount of water, the number of extraction and extraction time on effect of extraction rate of the panaxsaponin Rgl ,Re and Rbl, Results The optimum condition of the water extraction was: added 8 times quantitative water, decoction 2 vices, 1 hour per time; Conclusion Three verification test consequence indicated that this technology were stable and feasible.
