| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的护理配合.方法 结合本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术具体手术操作过程,总结该手术对护理人员专业知识的要求.结果 通过医护人员密切的配合,本院腹腔镜胆囊切除术平均手术时间为25min,术后住院时间为3～4d,均康复出院.结论 手术室护士只有熟练掌握腹腔镜胆囊切除术配合的全过程,手术才能顺利完成.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the proper nursing care for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods To summarize the requirement of expertise of the nursing staff during laparoscopic cholecystectomy according to the concrete operation procedure in our hospital.Results Owing to close cooperation between the nurses and the surgeons,the average time finishing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was 25 min and all the patients were discharged from hospital upon recovery after hospitalization for 3-4d.Conclusion Only with profic... |
