506份药品不良反应报表分析

目的通过对506份药品不良反应报告的分析，提醒临床医务人员加强药品安全意识，减少药品不良反应的发生。方法对506份ADRs病份报告所引发的药品种类、给药途径、临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果抗感染药物引起的不良反应居首位，其次为中药制剂。给药途径以静脉滴注为主。主要的ADRs临床表现为皮肤损害，其次是消化系统损害等。结论临床医师与药师在患者使用药物之后要加强ADRs监测，确保安全、有效、合理地用药。

Analysis of 506 adverse drug reaction reports

Objective To analyse the adverse drug reaction reports, so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods According to the drug varieties, administering methods and clinical presentations, the 506 ADRs reports were statistical analysis. Results The antimicrobial drugs are the most drugs associated with ADRs,Followed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine. the main route of administration is injected in vein. ADRSs are mainly skin reactions, the second are for digestive system. Conclusion The use of anti-infective drugs and the traditional Chinese medicine should be reasonable control, and ADRs monitoring should be strengthened.
