| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经电生理监测在臂丛及周围神经鞘瘤显微手术中的作用及意义，提高对臂丛及周围神经鞘瘤的治疗水平。方法36例臂丛及周围神经鞘瘤患者在电生理监测下行显微手术切除神经鞘瘤。结果36例神经鞘瘤均完整切除，其中34例术后神经功能正常，术后平均随访14个月（3个月-5年），尚未发现复发病例。结论电生理监测下显微手术切除神经鞘瘤，能保全正常神经的功能，减少副损伤，提高手术安全性；显微手术有助于提高肿瘤全切率，可有效减少术后复发。治疗结果满意。
