人类错配修复基因hMSH2及p53在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨人类错配修复基因hMSH2及p53在肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法运用免疫组织化学SP法对56例肺癌组织中hMSH2及p53的表达进行检测。结果56例肺癌组织中hMSH2阳性表达率为28.6%,分化程度高者阳性率显著高于分化程度低者(P〈0.01),有淋巴结转移者hMSH2阳性率低于无淋巴结转移者(P〈0.05),不同病理组织学类型之间hMSH2表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);56例肺癌组织中,p53阳性率为51.8%,分化程度低者p53阳性率高于分化程度高者(P〈0.05),有淋巴结转移者p53阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者(P〈0.01),不同病理组织学类型之间p53阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);hMSH2阴性表达者的p53阳性率高于hMSH2阳性表达者(P〈0.05)。结论hMSH2基因的缺陷及p53的表达与肺癌的发生发展过程并与分化程度及有否淋巴结转移有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of human mismatch repair gene(hMSH2)and p53 in lung cancer and its significance.Methods Expression of hMSH2 and p53 in 56 cases with lung cancer was examined by S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results In 56 cases with lung cancer,the positive expression rate of hMSH2 was 28.6%.The positive rate of hMSH2 expression in the patients with high and moderate differentiation grades was significantly higher than that of the others(P<0.01),meanwhile,the positive rate of cases with lymph node metastasis was lower than that of the patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).It wasn't positively correlated with pathological types.In 56 cases with lung cancer,the positive expression rate of p53 was 51.8%,and in the patients with high and moderate differentiation grades,the rates were lower than those of the others(P<0.01),meanwhile,the rate of patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients without metastasis(P<0.05).The rate of p53 in hMSH2 positive lung cancer tissue was higher than that in hMSH2 negative tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of hMSH2 and p53 might be involved in the carcinogenesis of lung cancer and correlated with differentiation grades and lymph node metastasis.
