| 摘 要： | 目的：观察口服斯皮仁诺胶囊(伊曲康唑)治疗肛周念珠菌病的疗效。方法：对临床上确诊的13例肛周念珠菌病患者采用口服斯皮仁诺胶囊短程间歇性冲击疗法。结果：经治疗2个疗程后，全部患者自觉症状消失，真菌客观指标均转阴。结论：斯皮仁诺胶囊治疗肛周念珠菌病复发率低，无毒副作用，为目前治疗念珠菌病的较理想药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effectiveness of sporanox capasules(itraconazole) in treating perianal moniliasis.Methods:The short range intermittent impaction was used to treat the 13 confirmed cases with oral intraconazole.Results:After two courses of the treatment,subjective symptom disappeared in all the cases,and the fungus objective index changed to negative.Conclusion:The capasule for perianal moniliasis showed low recurrent rate,and no toxic or side effects were found,suggesting that the medicine may be an ideal one for moniliasis. |
