摘    要:目的建立清胃丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相;检测波长为315nm。结果黄芩苷在(6.18~80.34)μg/mL(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.18%,RSD为0.75%(n=6)。结论本文方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于清胃丸的质量控制。

Determination of Baicalin in Qingwei Pills by RP-HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish the determination method of Baicalin in Qingwei Pills. Methods HPLC was used and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2) mixture as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 315 nm. Results Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of(6.18-80.34)μg/mL,t=-0.9998. The average recovery was 99.18% and RSD was 0.75%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used for Qingwei Pills.
