| 摘 要： | 目的建立清胃丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法，以甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）为流动相；检测波长为315nm。结果黄芩苷在（6．18～80．34）μg／mL（r=0．9998）范围内线性关系良好；平均回收率为99．18％，RSD为0．75％（n=6）。结论本文方法简便可靠，专属性强，重现性好，可用于清胃丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of Baicalin in Qingwei Pills. Methods HPLC was used and methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47：53：0.2） mixture as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 315 nm. Results Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of（6.18-80.34）μg/mL,t=-0.9998. The average recovery was 99.18% and RSD was 0.75%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used for Qingwei Pills. |
