丹红注射液对冠心病患者血脂代谢和血清C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨丹红注射液对冠心病患者脂质代谢和血清C反应蛋白（C—reactiveprotein，CRP）的影响。方法将冠心病患者78例随机分为常规治疗组（40例）和丹红治疗组（38例），丹红治疗组是在常规治疗组的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后血脂和血清C反应蛋白水平。结果治疗组的血脂改善较对照组更为显著（P〈0．05），治疗组的血清CRP水平较对照组降低更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液能明显改善冠心病患者的血脂代谢，降低冠心病患者的血清CRP水平，有利于抑制炎症反应，稳定斑块。

Effects of Danhong Injection on Serum Lipids Metabolism and Serum C Reactive Protein in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the effect of Danhong Injection on serum lipids metabolism and serum C reactive protein（C-reac- tive protein,CRP） in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The 78 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divid- ed into routine treatment group （40 cases） and Danhong treatment group （38 cases）. The level of serum lipids and serum CRP were contrasted before and after treatment in both groups. Results Treatment of groups of the serum lipids improvement than the control group was more significant（P〈0.05）,the treatment group compared with the control group,the level of serum CRP decreased more ob- viously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection can obviously improve serum lipids metabolism,reduce the level of serum CRP,is benefit to inhibit the reaction of inflammation, stabilize plaque in patients with coronary heart disease.
