鹿城区女性宫颈炎的患病率及相关因素分析

目的探讨鹿城区女性宫颈炎的患病率及相关因素。方法采用问卷调查结合妇科检查、实验室检查对温州市鹿城区4570例自愿接受调查的已婚女性进行宫颈炎患病率及相关因素的调查。结果4570例女性中有2428例诊断为宫颈炎，患病率为53．13％。其中官颈糜烂897例（36．94％），宫颈肥大694例（28．58％），宫颈腺囊肿627例（25．82％），其他210例（8．65％）。宫颈炎与年龄有关，高学历和使用避孕套是宫颈炎患病的保护因素，多次怀孕、流产、引产以及原发性痛经和合并阴道疾病是其危险因素。结论宫颈炎是鹿城区女性生殖道感染的主要疾病，并与年龄、学历、使用避孕套、孕次、流产、引产、原发性痛经及合并阴道疾病有关。

Analysis of the Morbidity and Related Factors for Cervicitis of Female in Lucheng District

Objective To investigate the morbidity and related factors for cervicitis of female in Lucheng district. Methods Analysed the the morbidity and related factors for cervicitis of 4 570 women through questionnaire survey,gynecological and laboratory examina- tion. Results Two thousand four hundred and twenty eight cases with cervicitis in 4 570 women,the morbidity was 53.13%,thereinto, 897 cases（36.94%）were cervical erosion,694 cases（28.58%）were cervical hypertrophy,627 cases（25.82%）were naboth＇s cyst and 210 cases （8.65%）were other types. Cervicitis was related to age. High education and condom used were the protective factor for cervicitis, multiple pregnancy,abortion and induced labour,primary dysmenorrhea and combined vaginal disease were the risk factors for cervicitis. Conclusion Cervicitis is the main reproductive tract infection diseases of female in lucheng district,and is related to age,education, condom,pregnancies,abortion,induced labour,primary dysmenorrhea and combined vaginal disease.
