血管回声跟踪技术对高血压患者早期颈动脉病变的临床评价

摘    要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术对高血压患者早期颈动脉病变的临床评价。方法选择原发性高血压患者40例,并且颈动脉超声检查未发现粥样斑块,颈动脉内膜一中层厚度(IMT)〈0.9mm;对照组40例,均为我院门诊检查正常者。应用E—Tracking技术实时跟踪描记颈总动脉管壁运动轨迹,仪器自动计算出颈动脉的僵硬度B、弹性模量Ep、顺应性AC、膨大指数AI、脉搏波传导速度PWvp,所得参数进行统计分析。结果Ep、p和PwVp:高血压组显著高于对照组;AC:高血压组显著低于对照组;AI两组无显著差异。结论应用E—Tracking技术能尽早反映高血压患者早期颈动脉病变,是评价血管内皮功能简便实用的方法。

E-Tracking of Hypertension in Patients with Early Clinical Evaluation of Carotid Artery Disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the echo tracking technique for hypertension patients complicated with early carotid lesions clin- ical evaluation. Methods All of 40 cases of essential hypertension, and carotid artery ultrasound examination revealed no atherosclerotic, plaque, carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT)〈0.9mm, 40 cases of the control group, were examined in normal subjects in outpatients of our hospital. Application of E-Tracking technology in real-time tracking and tracing of common carotid arterial wall motion trajectory, instrument automatically calculates the carotid stiffness beta, elastic modulus Ep, AC AI compliance, swelling index, pulse wave velocity PWV beta, the parameters for statistical analysis. Results Ep, PWV beta and beta: hypertension group were sig- nificantly higher than those in control group, AC: the hypertensive group was significantly lower than the control group, AI two group. Conclusion The application of E-Tracking technology as soon as possible to reflect the hypertension patients complicated with early carotid artery lesion in evaluation of vascular endothelial function, is a simple and practical method.
