危重评分与儿童死亡风险评分在儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的作用及相瓦关系

目的探讨危重评分（PCIS）和儿童死亡风险评分（PRISMⅢ）在儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）中的作用及其两者之间的相互关系。方法对62例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患儿PCIS和PRISMm的作用进行评定，其评分时间分别为患儿入PICU、住PICU病情最重及确诊病情和病情最重时进行。结果在ARDS中PCIS及PRISMm不能够起到预测作用（P〉0．05），与儿童呼吸窘迫综合征存活组进行比较，死亡组的两项评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两项评分之间具有明显的相关性（P〈0．05）。结论PCIS及PRISMⅢ对ARDS死亡预测不具有准确性。

Roles and Correlation of Pediatric Critical Illness Score and Pediatric Risk of Mortality Score in Children with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Objective To study the effect of pediatric critical illness score （PCIS） and pediatric risk of mortality score （PRISⅢ） in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）and its relationship. Methods To assess the PCIS and PRISMm in 62 cases children with ARDS. The time was children into the PICU,PICU stay and the most important disease condition and the condition diagnosed. Results The PCIS and PRISMⅢ could not play a forecast role in children with ARDS（P〉0.05）,and there was no significant difference of PCIS and PRISMIU between survival group the and death group（P〈0.05）. But there was significant correlation between two scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PCIS and PRISMm have on accuracy for mortality prediction in children with ARDS.
