硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效评估

目的观察α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DNP）的临床疗效。方法将80例DNP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，均予饮食控制及积极控制血糖。治疗组给予α-硫辛酸0．3g静脉滴注，1次／d，甲钴胺500μg肌注，1次，d；对照组单用甲钴胺500μg肌注，1次／d，疗程均为3周。结果治疗组有效率为85％，对照组有效率为57．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；经3周治疗后，治疗组和对照组感觉、运动神经传导速度均较治疗前显著提高，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。

Effects of Lipoic Acid Combined with Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effcacy of α-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DNP）. Methods All 80 cases of DNP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and two groups were controlled diet and blood glucose positively. The treatment group received intravenous infusion of α-lipoic acid 0.3g and intramuscular injection of mecobalamin 500 μg, once a day. While control group was injected with 500μg of mecobalamin,once a day, course of 3 weeks. Results Effective rate of treatment group was 85%,and the control group was 57.5%.The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. After 3 weeks of treatment,sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion α-hpoic acid and mecobalamin are safe and effective in the treatment of DNP.
