人性化护理管理对原发性高血压患者的影响分析

目的观察和分析人性化护理对原发性高血压患者的病情的影响。方法选取我院2006-2011年内科原发性高血压患者168例，将其分为对照组84例和干预组84例，两组均在对症药物治疗的基础上，对照组不作任何处理，干预组给予人性化的护理，包括饮食护理、运动护理、心理护理和生理护理。护理周期为半年，护理前后做好血压的测量以便比较。结果对照组血压在药物治疗的基础上控制不稳定，干预组在人性化护理下对患者的血压明显控制在正常范围之内。结论在患者的积极配合之下，人性化的护理管理对原发性高血压患者的血压有良好的治理作用和调整其在正常范围之内的效果。因此，在临床对高血压患者应该实行人性化的护理。

The Impact of Analysis Humanized Management for Primary Care Patients with High Blood Pressure

Objective To observe and analysis the primary hypertension caring human of the patient＇s influence. Methods All of essential hypertension patients were selected from 2006 to 2011 ,they were divided into the control group which was 84 cases and intervention group 84 cases. Both groups on the basis of symptomatic drug treatment,the control group had not given any treatment,the intervention group had given human care,including diet nursing,sports care, mental nursing good physical care. Nursing care cycle was half a year,blood pressure before and aftere nursing care were measured for comparison. Results The blood pressure in the control group drug treatment on the basis of control was not stable,the intervention group in the processing of nursing human nature of the patient＇s blood pressure control obviously in a normal range. Conclusion In the patient＇s actively cooperate with the human nature in the nursing management,under the patient＇s blood pressure of primary hypertension have good governance and adjust its role in a normal range effect. Therefore,in the clinic patients with high blood pressure should be humane care.
