加强消毒供应室质量管理，预防医院感染

目的加强消毒供应室质量管理，为临床提供合格的无菌物品，防止医院感染的发生。方法根据消毒供应室工作情况，制定完整的管理制度和操作规程，规范各类器械的回收、分类、清洗、包装、灭菌、存放和发放。完善各项检测措施，重视消毒供应室人员业务培训。结果通过落实一系列管理措施及考评，及时纠正各项工作环节中存在的问题，保证了工作质量，提高了工作人员的整体素质，有效地防止了医院感染的发生。结论健全各项工作制度，加强消毒供应室质量环节管理，能有效地控制医院感染的发生，保证工作质量。

Strengthening Sterile Supply Room Quality Management,Prevent Hospital Infection

Objective To enhance the quality of the sterile supply room management for providing qualified sterile materials to clinical,preventing hospital infection. Methods According to the sterile supply room work,we developed a complete management syslem and operating procedures,standard types of equipment recycling,sorting, cleaning, packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution. Complete the test measures attention to sterile supply room staff in professional training. Results Through the implementation of a series of management measures and evaluation, we corrected problems timely and ensured the quality of work,improved the overall quality of staff,and effectively prevented the occurrence of hospital infection. Conclusion hnprove the work system,and strengthen the quality aspects of the sterile supply room management, can effective control of hospital infection, and ensure the quality of work.
