腺苷脱氨酶在结核性浆膜腔积液中的诊断价值

本文通过文献回顾的方法检索阅读PubMed、CNKI等中英文数据库查阅关于腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）在各种结核性浆膜腔积液诊断中应用的相关文献，发现已有很多国内外试验对结核性浆膜腔积液患者渗出液中ADA活性水平进行了随机对照试验及荟萃分析，有充分的结果表明ADA活性水平在各种肺外结核中的诊断敏感性和特异性很高，确定了各种肺外结核渗出液中ADA活性水平的最佳临界值。现就ADA在结核性浆膜腔积液中的诊断价值进行综述。

Value of Adenosine Deaminase in Diagnosis of Tuberculous Serous Cavity Fluidify

The literatures on the application of ADA for the diagnosis of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify in the database including PubMed and CNKI were reviewed. Many internal or abroad studies have performed randomized controlled trial or recta-analysis to determine the level of ADA in the effusion of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify. The results have sufficiently proved that ADA is a specific and sensitive method for, the diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis,and most of the studies have determined the＇optimal cut-off value of ADA in the effusion of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify. This paper is aimed to summarize the value of ADA in the diagnosis of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify.
